해수탕은 혈액순환과 신경통에, 녹차탕은 피부 탄력과 노화 방지에 효과가 있는 것으로 알려졌다. 이곳 욕탕은 지하 120m에서 끌어 올린 암반 해수를 원수로 사용한다.
그는 "제가 (취임하고)제일먼저 추진했던 것은, 2025년까지 UAM상용화 하겠다는 것"이라며 "제주의 지리적 여건이 UAM을 제주에서 처음 적용하기 유리한 것이라 생각한다"고 말했다.

지난달 30일 생산자단체, 유통·마케팅전문가 등으로 답례품선정위원회를 구성하고, 1차 회의를 열어 상품경쟁력과 지역 대표성, 유통 안전성 등을 고려해 답례품 선정을 진행했다.

이어 "이와 관련해 많은 기업들이 제주에 문을 두드리고 있다. 이미 국가통합위성센터에는 5개의 민간업체가 참여해서 협력사업 진행하고 있다"며 "제주도청도 민간업체들과 협력할 수 있는 사업모델 발굴중이고, 최소 2개사업은 내년 시행할 생각"이라고 밝혔다.

이처럼 우수한 제주 자연을 활용한 제품임을 제주도지사가 인증하는 '제주화장품인증제도'가 제주에서 시행되고 있다.제주화장품인증제도는 제주산 원물을 사용한 원료 함량 10%(씻어내는 제품 5%) 이상 함유, 제주 물을 이용한 정제수 사용, 제주 소재지 생산 제품 등임을 제주도지사가 인정해주는 공식인증제도다.
이날 첫 번째 주제발표는 한국생산성본부 정연모 팀장과 이유진 팀장이 '맞춤형화장품 소비자 동향 및 조제관리사 자격제도'를 주제로 맞춤형화장품에 대한 소비자 인식과 이용행태에 대해 발표하고 조제관리사에 대한 인식과 니즈와 자격 제도, 향후 개선 방향 등을 설명한다.
이날 워크숍 행사 이후 제주테크노파크와 조제관리사협회 간의 업무협약식도 진행했다. 양 기관은 맞춤형화장품 시장확대 및 활성화를 위한 맞춤형화장품 및 조제관리사 관련 공동 사업 발굴•유치, 운영을 지원하기로 합의했다. 또 업무협약 주요 내용으로 맞춤형화장품 플랫폼 운영, 조제관리사 교육 등 양 기관 및 단체가 추진하는 관련 사업에 협조 및 지원하는 내용이 담겼다.
한편 답례품선정위원회는 이번 15개 품목 우선 선정을 시작으로 3개월마다 정기회의를 열고 필요 시 수시회의를 통해 답례품 품목을 추가로 선정할 예정이다.오영훈 제주특별자치도지사가 오는 2025년까지 아시아에서 처음으로 도심항공교통(UAM)을 상용화 할 수 있도록 지원하고, 민간항공우주산업과 화장품산업을 전략적으로 육성하겠다고 밝혔다.
최명동 제주도 일자리경제통상국장은 “글로벌 강소기업 육성사업 참여기업이 제주 대표기업으로 성장하도록 뒷받침하겠다”며 “내년도에도 참여기업들의 매출 증대와 기술경쟁력 확보를 위한 다양한 사업을 발굴해 지원해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

톤28의 정마리아 대표는 ‘기후 빅데이터 기반 맞춤형 화장품 최초 구독서비스’를 주제로 발표를 진행한다. 톤28은 2017년 국내 최초로 기후데이터 기반 맞춤형화장품 구독서비스를 시작한 이후 작년 말 기준 누적 측정 건수 4만건 이상, 맞춤제형 제조 데이터 누적 15만 건 이상을 확보했으며 이를 소비자에게 맞춤형 제품을 적용해 성장하고 있다. 그리고 단순히 미리 만들어 놓은 제형을 추천하는 방식이 아니라 계절 데이터 분석, 피부특성 분석을 통해 매월 주문 후 직접 제조하며 정기구독 서비스를 제공(on-demand 방식)하고 있다. 이번 발표에서는 종이 패키지에 천연, 천연유래, 비건 성분을 담는 방식에 대해 소개한다.
